What do you feel right now as you move through your daily life and experience the events of the world around you? Do you sense wisdom and grace flowing through this incredible time of personal and planetary transformation? Can you see the interwoven nature of all of life, with each of us a unique expression of the Sacred?
In this class, I will offer some of the practices, symbols, images and energies that feed my connection with this deeper reality. We will share what helps us return to the center of our soul when we are pulled off balance. Each session will include visualization, prayer, movement or chant to feed the Being of Humanity and the unity of all of life. Together we can experience the spiritual alchemy of creating a renewed vision and trust to live from this deeper reality of life.

Absolutely. I have actually had another request already for an early time, so I will see what other responses I get for this class. I may shift times or I may offer concurrent classes. I will keep you posted.

One day I woke up and was feeling great. I still felt attached to my dreams so after minding my dog I went back to sleep. I would continually wake up after a few hours but then fall back into sleep. When I woke up the third time I could not exactly remember my dreams but I knew there was this large sphere and so went back again to attempt to retrieve the dream memory. I did this ‘dream recovery’ until around 4pm and finally I saw it. It was the Flower of Life symbol with the geometric patterning (the meaning behind the Flower of Life symbol is that it is believed to represent the cycle of creation. It depicts how all life comes from one singular source – represented by the circle in the middle of the pattern). It was such a rich experience and I just wanted to share it with you. with love, Jain
